Pokemon Black 2 + White 2, Pokedex 3D Pro, & AR Searcher US Localization + New Sacred Beast Images

The US official site has updated with the names of locations in BW2 and the US titles of the new 3DS eShop games.

The box art of the US versions of Black 2 and White 2 have been released via the official site. Additionally, the first city's name, Hiougi City, will be changed to Asperita City.

AR Searcher & Pokedex 3D Pro Localisation + Info

The localized name of the eShop game, Pokemon AR Searcher, has been released via the official site. Pokedex 3D Pro keeps its name, but the AR Searcher's new, English name is Pokemon Dream Radar. Pokedex 3D Pro now has new features such as Pokedex, Move Dex, Pokemon Challenge, Album and AR Viewer. It will be released in Autumn 2012. Dream Radar will take place in an area called Dream Valley, which is the area which Burnett studies. It will also be released in Autumn 2012.

Black 2 + White 2 New Information + Best Wishes 2

A lot of new information from CoroCoro has come in. It has also revealed the Best Wishes, the TV series, is getting a sequel, just like Black and White.

• You meet Alder early on in the game and asks you to follow him.
• Cheren is now a Normal-type Gym Leader.
• Bianca gives you your starter Pokemon as a favor for Professor Juniper.
• Nobody knows where N has gone.
• The new professor, Professor Burnett is on AR Searcher
• The original versions of Tornadus, Thundurus, and Landorus are now called the Incarnation Formes. The new formes are called the Sacred Beast Formes and are numbers 198, 199, and 200 in the Unova Dex and have no type changes.
• Tornadus's new forme focuses on Defense, Special Defense, and Speed. It is 1.4m tall and weighs 63.0kg.
• Thundurus's new forme has an increased Special Attack. It is 3.0m tall and weighs 61.0kg.
• Landorus's new forme has an increased Attack. It is 1.3m tall and weighs 68.0kg.
• The MechaTyranitar is part of Pokewood. Brycen confronts Homika's father who wants to be a movie star. Pokewood lets you select a scene and create a movie. Various battles appear.
• Pokemon World Tournament allows you to battle many old Gym Leaders and Champions (including the ones listed in the previous post) and Janine and Blaine.
• Meloetta is the special giveaway Pokemon of the movie. It is Level 15 and the form change occurs in BW2's Castella City.  It has the moves Quick Attack, Confusion, and Round and holds a PP Max.

The current season of the Pokemon TV series, Best Wishes, is getting a sequel in order to tie in with BW2. It will feature many Pokemon from past generations and the return of old characters such as Dawn and Cynthia. It will air in Japan on June 21.

New Unconfirmed Black 2 and White 2 Information

Corocoro has been leaked and new information has been released. It is currently unconfirmed information and will likely be confirmed in Pokemon Smash.

• The magazine images showcase Cheren, Bianca, Brock, and Giovanni
• Many past gym leaders, Elite Four, and champions will be in the game including Misty, Volkner, Steven, Lance, Blue, and the ones mentioned before
• Pokewood will replace Pokemon Musicals

• New forms on Tornadus, Thundurus, and Landorus will be available via Pokemon AR Searcher.

2 New Games for 3DS eShop + New BW2 Trailer

Two new games have been set for release in Japan on the 3DS eShop.

First, set for release in Japan on June 23 is Pokemon AR Searcher. This game has you look around on your DS's Camera and find silhouettes of Pokemon. Once you find a Pokemon, you can send it to you Black and White 2 games. It will be available for 300 Yen. A European release has been confirmed for later in the year.

Next is Pokedex 3D Pro set for release in Japan on July 14. A European release date has been confirmed for later in the year. This game will also be available for release on the 3DS eShop and will have Unova and Non-Unova Pokemon and have an Augmented Reality feature. In addition, it also has the new Kyruem Forms. It will be for 1500 Yen and replace the current version of Pokedex 3D.

The latest issue of Corocoro came in an revealed tons of new info about BW2. Here's whats new:

• The game is set in Unova.
• Brand new characters and rivals.
• The game is set 2 years after the original BW.
• Unova is frozen in multiple places, while others have been updated, like Route 4.
• The new Unova Dex now has 300 Pokemon.
• Multiple new areas in Unova.
• You now start your journey in Hiougi City.
• Another area with a new gym leader who focuses on Poison-types.
• Gym Leader's name is Homika, who is said to be featured in the anime in June (for Japan)
• Another new gym leader's name is Shizui who focuses on Water-types.
• New researcher whose name is Akuroma. She studies Pokemon Strength
• Hiougi City has a Pokemon Center and Trainer School where you can look upon areas. There are shops, underwater tunnels with clear glass (with Mantines) and buildings with red and blue bricks dotted around Unova.
• Black Kyruem knows the move Freeze Shock and White Kyruem can learn Ice Burn.
• The new Pokedex contains Pokemon such as Psyduck (#026), Riolu (#033), and Metagross (#254). The new Dex also has Pokemon such as Tyranitar, Lapras, and Arcanine.

Possible Japan Release Date for Black 2 and White 2

A Japanese retailer recently updated their listings for BW2 so it now includes a release date. We have known the games are set to be released in Japan in the summer. The games' potential release date for Japan is June 23, 2012. Unlike the western retailers, the Japanese ones that rarely put a suspected release date out, so the chances are that the date is correct. Also, the Japanese Keldeo distribution starts on the same date. This could mean further confirmation of this date. Details and confirmation coming soon.
